West Hand Beach is a city in and the area seat of Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It lies immediately to the west of the nearby Palm Beach, which is positioned on a barrier island across the Lake Worth Shallows. It is the biggest city in Palm Coastline County, and at the time of the 2020 census, its populace was 117,415. West Hand Coastline is a major city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to 6. 14 million people in 2020. It is the earliest incorporated community in the South Florida area, incorporated as a city 2 years before Miami in November 1894.
